GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The conditions of sale below are applicable as of June 1, 2013, for an indefinite duration. Nevertheless, the Hotel reserves the right to modify them without notice. Only the conditions in force during the client's actual stay are contractual and form an integral part of the Sales contract. Any client wishing to stay at the Hotel will be subject to the said conditions and required to respect them without condition or reservation.

RESERVATION
A credit card number is required to confirm any reservation. A pre-authorization will be performed on your card before your arrival. In case of refusal of authorization by the credit card center, or in case of an invalid card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice. Please note that the holder of the credit card used for the reservation must be the person staying in the establishment. You must present yourself at the hotel with the bank card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment. A reservation only becomes final after receipt of written confirmation from our reservation department.

CANCELLATION
Please refer to the conditions mentioned on your reservation, as these are inherent to the chosen rate (flexible rate, non-refundable, etc.). The Hotel reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions in the case of a reservation exceeding 4 rooms.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Any occupancy exceeding these time slots may give rise to the invoicing of an additional night. Clients occupying the rooms must adopt, within the hotel, in all circumstances, a behavior compatible with the rules of politeness, respect, decency, and generally allowing the preservation of the peace of all. Rooms may be checked before check-out. In case of damage found, penalties to be paid in cash to cover cleaning or replacement costs may be invoiced to the client during check-out.

BILLING/RATES/PAYMENT
Rates vary according to the time and date of booking. Payment for the stay must be made at the time of registration. Stays longer than one week may be subject to weekly billing. The hotel accepts payments in cash in the currency in use in France (Euro), by Bank Cards (Visa/ Mastercard/American Express), by Holiday Vouchers (ANCV and related conditions). The hotel does not accept any payment by bank check. All our rates include VAT, are net of any commission, and are expressed exclusively in euros. They are calculated according to the VAT rates in force on the date the offer is established, and are therefore subject to adjustment without notice in case of any modification relating to VAT. The tourist tax, collected on behalf of municipalities, is not included in our rates. It is per person, per night, from the age of 18. Only the services explicitly mentioned in the reservation confirmation are guaranteed.

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons not appearing on the reservation confirmation. If the number of persons occupying the room(s) does not comply with the number of persons reserved: 1/ The establishment may be led to ask the client to pay additional fees (extra bed, extra room, etc.). In case of the client's refusal to pay the supplement induced by the additional person(s) to the initial reservation, Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons not appearing on the reservation confirmation. 2/ If the hotel's availability does not allow for additional clients, and the client wishes to cancel their entire stay, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the entirety of the 1st night of the stay for each cancelled room as penalties.

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who have not reached the age of majority unless an adult accompanies them. Proof of age may be required upon arrival. It is reminded to the client, in accordance with article L. 121-21 and following of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal. The Conditions of Sale of the reserved rate specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
