FAQ: Planning Your Stay for Nice Carnival 2026

Is there a difference between Carnival Parades and Flower Battles?+
Yes. Carnival Parades are animated and illuminated float parades on Place Masséna, with music and live performances. Flower Battles take place along the Promenade des Anglais, where performers throw fresh flowers into the crowd, creating a colorful and fragrant show.
Does the hotel keep a festive atmosphere during the Carnival period?+
Yes. Our team fully embraces the Carnival spirit. The hotel joins the celebration with festive decorations and a carnival-themed photo corner to capture your memories.
What is the best strategy for spectators who prefer standing areas?+
For both Carnival Parades and Flower Battles, arriving early is the best way to secure a good standing spot. Seated grandstand tickets often sell out quickly online. Staying close to Place Masséna at our hotel gives you a real advantage.
